The clean up was good. The sealing of the basement wall and additional work was good. What happened in between was not. As he dug to seal the wall he encountered electrical wires. The wires made it impossible for him to get to the wall. He also reasoned they were not to code. So he cut them. I now do not have power to a lighting system in my yard and my shed and part of my back porch has no electricity. He also broke the outdoor faucet.
