Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

This was my husband and my 1st visit to Dr. Dilger. We enjoyed our visit which is unusual for a visit to the dentist! Dr. Dilger was extremely friendly and courteous. He made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't experience any pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Was the dental equipment clean? I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
