I had taken my cruze in to get the pcv valve changed which is on my 2011 cruze. You have to remove the plugs in order to change the pcv valve off which is part of the valve cover assembly. Anyways 10,000 miles later the plugs came loose and started to make a tremendous screeching sound and began to shoot oil out of the spark plug holes. I had to send it off to JKB Auto in Harrisonville so they can figure out the problem.
Absolutely the best service I have ever received. I found Dilday on a whim and I am so glad I did. Dilday is honest, friendly and very knowledgeable. It is so refreshing to have an honest mechanic that is willing to help and not rip you off. This is the only place I will take my vehicles. I highly recommend going to these guys.
Absolute amazing service! My son has had to take his car in3 times to fix it's issue (not the shops fault) but they have got it in the 2nd and 3rd time right away and fixed it without charging him extra to keep trying to fix the problem. We will always use this company from now on!!
