Very disappointed. My daughter has been trying to get in since before July. She did have to cancel 2 appointments due to having covid and the stomach bug, but they canceled the next 4 due right before her appointments due to the dr being out of the office. And then finally she was suppose to have an appointment in two days and they called to say they don’t take her insurance after waiting over 8 months for an appointment!!! Ridiculous. I found her to be very attentive and not dismissive of women as some doctors are. She is the first doctor that really talked with me and explained the treatment plan to see if the problem could be identified
Dr. Christensen has been very knowledgeable with me being diagnosed with Lupus. She is amazing at what she does.
Due to covid (both vaccination and infection) the volume of patients needing this speciality has increased. Be patient. I arrived 30 mins early and still waited 30 mins. Dr. Christianson was amazing. She took notes, let me participate in my care plan and will monitor/follow up with me as we go. The front desk was checking in/out many patients for 2 offices AND answering the phones as well. While they aren't the "friendliest" again have an understanding mind set and be patient!
When you're trying to figure out why you don't feel well and you end up at a rheumatologist you're looking for answers. Hopefully, The doctor shows up with an empathetic ear and a little bit of bedside manner. Dr. Christianson has neither. It was a disappointing visit to say the least.
