This place is not good. Lots of runaround and lies. Matinance department is very bad, will walk right in your apartment while you are sleeping. Had to shovel my parking spot along with my neighbors this year due to the fabulous snow removal crew. Then get late notices for rent that was paid on time. Do not move here. If this is any reflection of dlh properties management practices then I would not move into any of their owned rental properties due to what I have been shown during my lease. Its nice to see that my previous review was removed. This facility lied to my wife and I. Promised us a garage then could not give it to us, then they refused to return our deposit. If your interested I do have emails where the managers were lying to us.
