How can a dog go missing while in daycare? You have one job and you can't even do that correctly.

I saddened at your lack of support to Oma's family and the fact that it appears you are more worried about your reputation then stepping up and helping. I will never trust you with my dog's care. The Playful Pooch is amazing by the way.

Digstown lost our dog, Oma. We decided to board her here for the Fourth of July weekend and dropped her off on Friday the first. A little before 8pm Oma was left unattended in the yard and jumped the fence. They didn't notify us that our dog was gone until 1.5 hours later. We were out of town and came home as soon as we could. Little to no action was taken by Digstown to find our dog and it is clear there are no procedures in place for a dog escape. Lincoln, our family dog came home today after spending the 4th of July weekend here. You could tell he was happy, well loved and taken care of. I know everyone at DIGSTOWN treats him and all the dogs like their own which is always such a comfort, especially on a high stress weekend. I always recommend Digstown to other families and will continue to do so. Can't say enough good things.

This place left my sister's dog alone in the yard and she jumped the fence. Oma has been missing since the 1st. If you see a dog loose in the area around this location contact them immediately. My sister and her family have been searching non stop since Saturday for Oma.

I cannot tell you how much I love Digtown Northfield. We adopted our Golden from a rescue and very protective of him. He loves going so much, he drags me inside (literally). Thanks for building a fun/safe place for our precious animals to go!! Not to mention the fabulous staff!
