We had a toilet replaced about two years ago by your company. The existing toilet was smaller than the one you installed and a regular wax ring was installed. The toilet since tallest than the existing toilet the wax ring did not seal the toilet and leaked. This caused damaged to the wall and the wood coving came off the wall. We found a leak on the floor around the toilet and had a hard time figuring where the leak was coming from. Tony Deter replaced the wax ring with a taller ring and did a excellent job.
