I have worked alongside of Dignity Hospice as a care partner for almost a year. Jeremy is the primary nurse that comes to our assisted living community. He is the most thorough hospice nurse that I have ever worked with. He takes as much time as is needed to ensure that our mutual clients receive the best care possible.
