I’m incredibly grateful to Dignity Hospice, especially to Luly O. She went above and beyond to help my uncle transition into a wonderful assisted living home. She made sure all the necessary medical equipment was ready when he arrived and scheduled skilled nursing support, she took care of every detail with compassion and professionalism. Thanks to her dedication, what could have been a very difficult experience was made so much easier. We truly appreciate everything she did!

I own a group home in Chandler. I've been with Hospice since 2006. Dignity Hospice is the best hospice I've ever had in my entire life as a group home owner. Starting with Luly, the patient advocate. The nurses, caregivers, social workers, chaplains, and others are all excellent at providing quality patient care, ensuring the best care and comfort at the end of their life journey.
