Best Choice for Pediatrics I have been taking my oldest child here forever. The doctors are excellent. At first she say Dr. Mic and when it came time for a female doctor (teenage years) Dr. Eckel has been great. I like the fact that I can call when I have concerns. The saturday hours are also appreciated.

Great Pediatricians I think Ponderosa Pediatrics is one of the best in our tri-city area. I am a speech-language pathologist so I was able to ask many families their experiences with pediatricians when selecting my own for my daughter. Also, numerous professionals I work with (OTs, PTs) choose Ponderosa for care for their own children. Dr. Hinton and Dr. Mick are excellent doctors, in my opinion. mom of 2 I hardly ever write reviews, but after my experience today, I really feel obligated. First of all, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The nurse was also nice. The doctor (Dr. Hinton) was incredible. I really appreciated the time he spent addressing my concerns. So 90% of the visit was great, but then I walk out of the exam room and made the mistake of talking to Ginny (spelling?), who was so condescending and rude to me, I am still appalled that it even happened.
