The new girl who is calling back to schedule an appointment for people who have referrals is absolutely horrible. Really has no customer service skills, mispronounces your name after you've asked her to correctly say your name, and overall genuinely just seems like she's already over the job
Good luck scheduling anything with the senile old ladies that are running the new patient / appointment. God forbid you sound a little bit unsure of something and they'll just tear you a new one. Scheduling an appointment at this practice felt more like an unwelcome intrusion than a healthcare interaction. The front desk staff displayed a level of indifference that bordered on hostility. Their responses to my questions were curt and devoid of any empathy, leaving me feeling like just another number.
