The registration/admission department seems incompetent. I would not come here if there was an alternative.
You cannot call your doctor's office or even reach a voicemail. The switchboard operators are either not trained or trained to refuse to help. What happened to the hippocratic oath?
I went there with a family member. We waited 8 hours and then was told they were waiting on discharge papers for an hour and left because we had been there all night. I waited in waiting room and only saw 1 person go back after my family member went back. There was an empty waited room. Im not sure t e what was going on but it was worst experience on an ER I've ever had.
E.R. night nurses are amazing, providing excellent service. Thank you for taking such great care of me; this is what fantastic care looks like. I observed great team work and an awesome atmosphere with loving and thoughtful concern towards patients💕great job!
