I worked security at YRMC East for 3 years. When Dignity Health acquired YRMC East they closed the front lobby after 4:00 PM on weekdays and closed all day on weekends. Patients and visitors are instructed to enter through the ED lobby. The parking there is limited and intended for patients. As a result, quite often the ED parking lot is full and elderly and infirmed patients/visitors must park out front and walk to the ED. Yavapai (Dignity Health) East Emergency Room Prsecott Valley, AZ. My husband went to the ER for several pain in his wrist. PA was Jacqueline Korbet,, and the dr. was Andrew Rounseville. There's not enough room on this form to go over all the horrific responses and poor care/release information received at the ER.
