Someone and or someone(s) —- (meaning more than one) is insanely bad at lot leaving voicemails or attempting to call back when they call you, and you can’t answer the phone right away so you miss the call, it would be helpful if the person who is calling you left a voice mail. Rather than calling and hanging up so you’re not playing guessing games as to why they called. 4/13/26- Dr. Durant was taking the place of Brad Pike since someone up top screwed up something major. Nonetheless, Durant was completely dismissive over everything I've said. I'm not a doctor, but I'm also not an idiot. I've been chasing a chronic respiratory problem for over a decade and no doctor has either given enough of a crap to think critically, or competent enough to explore other possibilities, and Durant is no different. Really saddened that I’ve had such a horrible experience with this office.. I went there to get help finding out what was going on with my menstrual cycle and saw the physician for less than 10 minutes. After the appointment, their office ordered the wrong type of ultrasound that I took time off of work to go in and get, but didn’t know until I got there they ordered the wrong one. A week later they call me and say “we think you should go see an endocrinologist and we won’t be referring you, you just need to call yourself.” ... read more

Every bad review I've read is true, in my experience. 3 separate incidents with the same AWFUL front desk staff 1) They had me waiting outside for an appointment with my elderly grandma, because they told me to be there at a time they weren't even open (lunch). Then gaslighted me saying that they open the door every day 15 min early as a courtesy. No they dont. Not even a one star, had a horrible experience for my first pregnancy, the lady didn’t even see me more then 5 mins she was litterly already on her way out before i could even get up from the resting table for my ultrasound, what so ever did not go through with anything about my baby, just snapped some pictures and was already on her way out , I will not be coming back , do not recommend going here. this was the lady
