Jennifer Gingrich was so helpful in diagnosing multiple issues I had, one ruling out broken bone and another helping diagnose the source of back pain. In both cases, they were able to do an X-Ray same day. Quick, convenient, courteous and empathetic. Friendly, kind staff.
9/6/2024 This place needs to UPDATE their Google site in general. It would be REALLY HELPFUL to clarify how this place is set up to cut down on the confusion. They need to make it very clear that this place is 2 CLINICS IN 1. On one side is an independent doctor's office & on the OTHER side is the independent URGENT CARE CLINIC. The UC hours may or may not be correct on Google but I believe they are: 8–6 Mon – Fri and 9–4 on Sat. NOTE: THIS IS THE ONLY URGENT CARE IN ATASCADERO THAT ACCEPTS MEDICARE *AND* CEN-CAL!!! Great staff, positive experience. Was treated with great dignity and respect. As someone who hates hospitals as much as being a patient, I have to say the Doctors, Nurses, and Techs made me feel as comfortable as was possible for the situation. They were caring and courteous but also didn't make me feel rushed. I feel I had a very positive experience for a visit to the ER.
