doctor wells was incredibly rude, asking my grandmother if she "wanted his help or not," while she was in excruciating pain. this was our first time at this facility and it will likely be our last. i expected a level of professionalism and empathy that was absolutely not shown here. do not take your loved ones.

This was fast considering it was an ER visit. The staff was nice and extremely helpful. Kudos to Anthony for making me laugh and wheeling me to my car.

Great staff. Very clean facility. Went in with chest pain and shortness of breath. Was seen immediately. Administrators was coming in to help. Anthony was great. It was hard to get a good flowing vein and he came in and got right into action. He was the BEST!!!

If I could give -1,000,000 stars, I would. This place is absolutely horrible and completely disgusting in how they treat people. I went to the ER after a car wreck. I handed them my insurance information right when I got there. All they did was take my vitals, ask where I was in pain, refer me for pain management, and I left. That’s it. No surgery. Horrible service, the nurse named David is extremely rude and unprofessional. He started arguing with the nurses that were helping my grandma while she was having a medical emergency and needed immediate meds. I also asked for assistance and he would not help at all.
