Went here for physical therapy after shoulder surgery. Reception and gym area were clean and well maintained. Reception staff were pleasant. Therapists were friendly and effecient. Prompt and accomidating with appointments. Gym was clean and had a wide assortment of equipment for a wide varity of therapy needs. Would definitely use again if physical therapy was needed.
The staff at Dignity Health Physical Therapy keep changing up my routine and making it more difficult. They challenge me each session with new stretches and exercises. I’ve also received printouts of exercises to practice at home and I do follow through with them. I’m improving every week. The staff is very respectful of my individual needs. I've been coming here for physical therapy on my knees for 2 weeks now. I've seen 2 therapists for my visits: Sarah, who is a manager, and Jerome. They both have been absolutely amazing. They listen to my input, they always explain the exercises well, and check in with me on how I'm feeling and if anything I'm doing is painful, uncomfortable, or not a deep enough stretch. Heard a lot of complaining because one nurse took off my bp cuff and another nurse was tired of hearing it beep. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Took 3 hours when the place was empty, then they send my prescription was down the road instead of the one by my house or literally right across the street. Overall it was just not a great time.
