I am a retired R.N. I fractured my radial head last November. I started care with YRMC West with N.P. Amy Berry soon after I was in the E. R. Everyone in the orthopedics department from the receptionists, M.A.s radiology technician are fantastic! Treated me so well from Nov. Through May for multiple follow up appts. I can't say enough good things about Amy Berry. She is through, caring and knowledgeable and very nice. She explains during each visit progress and where she wants things to be on the next visit. I had surgery yesterday with Dr. Wheeler. My pharmacy is giving me a hard time filling the pain medication. I have been trying all day to get some answers on what to do as I sit here in massive pain. If you get them to answer the phone, that’s great. But they’re still useless. Cathy from medical was supposed to call me right back and has not. I have no idea what I’m supposed to do for my pain management at this time. And they tell me stories of the doctors out today and cannot write a new prescription. And then they also tel... read more
