Made an appointment in May 2025 for March 2026, wild but that was the soonest I could be seen. Got a call in January that I needed to be rescheduled for April. And now here we are in March being told the soonest I can be see is June 30th 2026. Definitely frustrating, not feeling valued whatsoever. Getting legally married before my wedding just so I can change providers. Only use this place as a last resort because they will make you feel like their lowest priority.
I understand the frustration of those who gave 1 reviews. The issue is that OBGYN offices all over the Country are extremely under staffed due to a National shortage of OBGYN's. Please know that I totally understand your frustration and I felt the same way until I found out why you are not getting the attention you need, these people really do care and they are as frustrated with the situation as you are, they are stuck, with no way to get you the care they want everyone to have. I've been with them for over 10 years and I love them!
Two years ago I was coming in to get an IUD placed. I was taking birth control pills and other medications. I was given the latest appointment. The doctor had me do a urine test and got me ready for the insertion. She placed the IUD. But I guess she was in a hurry cuz when she left and came back in the room with shock in her eyes she told me I was pregnant... after already placing the IUD. I have had serious health issues, for months now. The receptionists all have awful attitudes, horrible communication and lack of knowledge, on top of no follow through when they say something. The ‘specialists’ also have a huge lack of professionalism and proper communication and listening skills. I now have to receive a procedure and the only place I can me referred to is here, it’s an urgent procedure.
