My auntie arrive to ER via ambulance this afternoon and did not know her name, what city she was in, or my name for that matter. The rude lady that works the desk at the door by ER entrance would not even hear what I had to say talking about have to get a COVID test before she would let me in or even talk to me about my aunt. She is allergic to penicillin. So I try to call and get through on the switch board operator, if it where possible she was even worse than the warden at the ER door. 4th floor nurses joy sydne liseeth needs to go back to school in get some bedside minor traning be more empathetic to people they're lazy they hide but oh come 5am when its close to time to go home you don't have to look for anyone no one came into my daughters room after 11pm i stayed woked to check she was transferred from the 3rdfloor to the 4th flr i felt like we were in a totally different hospital the staff on this floor is unfriendly no caring its just a job to them i know because this is what i do for a living also y... read more

On 03/02/21 my wife and 4 yrs old boy were rushed to the ER in helicopter5:00-6:00 pm. I am not satisfied with the Guard behavior, that girl was rude. And we got quick release with multiple injuries not diagnosed properly. I can't believe they release the boy unconstious within 4 hours. It is a bad ER i do not recommand, all is about money.
