The front of the building says Human Kindness and they show none of that. No grace for being 3 mins late to an appointment I had to drive over 30 mins to for my 4 year old child! Ridiculous!! So upset that my child is in pain and they can’t see us!
I was charged $800 for a new patient visit & they won’t remove or reduce the charge. Who in their right mind charges $800 for a 15 minute visit?!! I also waited 45 minutes beyond my appointment time in the exam room to be seen. A $800 charge to talk to a doctor for 15 minutes is highway robbery & they need to be investigated for this.
Doctor Reza toussi has been my Doctor for over 15 years, he is a very good doctor, he really truly cares about his patients.
