Super caring and patient ER staff for my son. Every single person is amazing. It was extremely busy with long waits but the staff did not rush anyone. They provided excellent care.
My non verbal kiddo came in needing stitches and the doctor and nurses worked in the best ways to navigate the entire process for MY kid. During the stitches, the nurse named John put his hand on my shoulder and for a moment as a parent I felt like I had a village. I won't ever forget that, and I truly thank him for not only picking the right career but being there for ME in that moment was above and beyond. I LOVE the staff here for seeing patients as individual people with various needs.
If you have to go to the ER this is a great choice!
I honestly don't know where to begin. This has been the most organized, patient friendly, accessible and kind hospital my dad has ever stayed in. The Dr's and nurses take the time to answer my questions, no matter how ridiculous I sound, without making me feel like the idiot in the room. I even had a specialist call me because I missed his visit. That has never happened before. Every test is logged into a patient portal and sent to me immediately.
