It was 4:52pm which is 8 whole mins before closing time, and the receptionists stopped answering phones. This happened a few times. I have been a loyal patient to my dr through the years despite all the changes to my insurances. Seems like this practice neither cares to provide decent services to their loyal existing patients nor wanting new patients. It is a small office with friendly staff. Dr. Tarpe was thoughtful and thorough. She also emphasized lifestyle interventions, along with traditional medical approaches (e.g., medication).
