Mitch is always the best to work with when I call the provider line! I have to call this office frequently to report lab results and Mitch is always on the ball and ready to find whatever patient I’m looking for.
I want to take a moment to recognize Jackie at the front desk at Dignity Health Medical Group Pediatrics – St. Joseph. Her warmth, compassion, and genuine care for every patient are undeniable. I watched her kindly assist a mother and her child at the front office, and the way she welcomed them with patience, love, and heartfelt concern was truly admirable. Jackie isn’t just doing a job; she’s creating a space where families feel seen, valued, and cared for. Her presence is a gift to that office.
Fantastic pediatrician office! My newborn son has received exceptional care since birth at St. Joseph hospital. He has continued care at the outpatient pediatric clinic and the education, patience, kindness, and compassion of all of the physician, NPs, and staff has been wonderful. I particularly recommend Dr. Tsontakis, Dr. Bhanvadia, Dr. Bowen, and Leslie the NP.
Dr. Anderson, specialist and Tim, physical therapy got me through recovery quickly. Then back into the gym in 2 months. Like the injury never occurred. Plus, both provided tips for a stronger body as I aged. Feeling like a young man or half my age. Wow!!!
We love Dr.Bowen so so much! The best pediatrician in the building. Thank you for everything you do for me and my family!!!
