The girl that answers the phone has zero phone etiquette manners, Zero compassion, zero helpfulness. She made an already embarrassing and humiliating experience much worse. I had to go to my primary to get a referral so I could see the doctor that I have seen for years and years. It had been over three years so I had to have a referral. So I went through the steps only to be denied with absolutely no help getting pointed in the right direction or any helpful advice that could help me.
