I called on Monday, they were pushing my URGENT referral through insurance told me to call back Wednesday. I called back they lady that just answered the phone tells me she doesn't have my referral and have the doctor's office resend it, that was her extent of help. Meanwhile im in need of back surgery and getting jerked around by the front end.
Rude front desk staff, doesn’t communicate well, hard to get them to answer the phone.
