No one is answering incoming calls. It's always a recording I waited 15 mins or longer and ended hanging up. That voice recording is not what we need. This not a first time. It's been happening too to other customer.
I have been going to the clinic for 2.5 years and i am not sure why i have gone for so long. They are terrible! It’s super hard to get an appointment. The last time i went for my yearly checkup I was in the room for more than an hour! I ended up leaving. The resident doctors are very nice, don’t get me wrong, but they are so slow. There was no one in the waiting room when I arrived as well so I have no idea what took so long.
