Phone system sucks hold time is forever & I had to follow up multiple times regarding my insulin getting filled because this office was not responding to the pharmacy. The Drs are great but the phone system & messaging system is horrible might as well go to ER which should not be this way because if you go to the ER & get a high bill for something that could’ve been handled over the phone. So ridiculous exactly why I am not having my baby at dignity hospital. Dignity Health is horrible.
