I have been going her since I was born, hell I was born in this hospital when they still had PEDs department. Which would give you my age. And hopefully that why I don't get medical attention right away till it's nessesary cuz no one obviously cares hell when I first found out I was pregnant (it's be a hard journey to even get here) the doctor came in obviously bad mood to say congratulations looking down while walking out...It Didn't feel good at all I felt like I was a nuisance to them. The lady who helped us connect online for my appointment was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She showed no patience or understanding, especially when we tried to communicate. I don’t recommend this place for Spanish-speaking family members — very disappointing experience with Dignity Health’s mental health department.

Wish I had read reviews before coming here. This place is awful. Worst customer service ive ever experienced from a clinic. Doctors themselves seem nice but are clearly beyond overworked. Avoid this place at all costs.

Do not go here if you are hoping to gain a good relationship with your provider, be listened to, or be believed by the staff. I've been coming here for 2 years, I've discussed on every single appointment that im having extreme gut issues, its been completely ignored. I've been told to lose weight, when I bring up that I've been actively trying to lose weight and I think my gut issues might be making it more difficult im completely blown off and basically told to try diet and exercise... like that's not what im already doing!... read more
