Maybe if your employees had an ounce of decency, and treated patients with respect, you’d have better reviews and more patients. We all understand what it’s like to have a bad day, but your front desk clerks do not reserve the right to be mean to people who have nothing to do with their frustrations. Try harder.
This facility has the world’s MOST unintelligent, rude, disrespectful, and low functioning staff. They do not care about taking care of their patients and they obviously do not have brains or ears. Absolutely unreal to have a facility like this in the middle of a pandemic. Do better.
Horrible scheduling department. Scheduled appt on Friday they called canceled and rescheduled my appt for the following Wednesday only to get canceled again. Terrible customer service. Will be taking my business else where.
