The biggest nightmare, ever!!! I called and made a new patient appt for my 13 year old son for Nov 2024, we have BCBS they stated they were contacted. Confirmed when scheduling they were contracted with our insurance as well as when checking in. My oldest needed a new PCP as well so i made him an appt with the same doctor as the doctor was great and all seemed fine with the billing, I had received no bills or push back on anything. I wouldn't bother calling to schedule an appointment. If you choose the callback option, the system will call you back but place you on hold again, and no one will pick up. I've tried several times with the same results. It's better to drive there to schedule an appointment or try to do so online.
I called to make an appointment with a Sports Medicine physical therapist and a 12 year old could have done better than the person who answered the phone. They were so out of their element that they eventually just hung up on me. I called back and got someone else who was just barely better and could not help me, but at least they didn't hang up on me.
