I wouldn't bother calling to schedule an appointment. If you choose the callback option, the system will call you back but place you on hold again, and no one will pick up. I've tried several times with the same results. It's better to drive there to schedule an appointment or try to do so online.
I called to make an appointment with a Sports Medicine physical therapist and a 12 year old could have done better than the person who answered the phone. They were so out of their element that they eventually just hung up on me. I called back and got someone else who was just barely better and could not help me, but at least they didn't hang up on me. About this location, Curtis Mewhinney, P.A. at Dignity Sports Medicine, brings back the dignity to treatment. He is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I would recommend him to 5 star ! Also Lab room Catina did great job! She is nice to patient and works highly efficient and gentle, I like her! But front desk had at least three time open door late!
