O2/17/26 I visited Dignity Health Urgent Care in Capitola, CA. I was seen and diagnosed with Pneumonia & RSV by Dr. Wellman & his staff. The office can take XRays and do nasal swabs and order your prescriptions. First come first served no appointments necessary. The entire office staff did an excellent job! Plenty of parking and shopping and McDonalds. I highly recommend this facility.

This was the worst experience I have ever had My mother is in a wheelchair and has dementia. I made sure they could help us before I drove the almost hour in traffic. My mom’s catheter was clogged and so it was urgent that we be seen. We made sure they had everything set. We arrived and checked in. We waited for 45 minutes and a few patients arrived after us(they also sent several away). They had a sign saying they were closing early, I think they had a company function. Showed at 6:13 pm and they said there done accepting patients for the day ? When they close at 7pm . Told them shouldn’t u guys update the hours on when you are open .horrible service .
