I went to urgent care in Capitola. They were far more professional and helpful than my Dignity Health PCP. They also followed up 3 days after my visit. My PCP could learn a lesson from these competent, caring and efficient doctors and staff. Thank you urgent care
Like other reviews state, they close whenever they feel like. I arrived at 6:30 (when they close at 7) and they said that they were “done taking patients for the day” and told me to go to the ER. So strange, I’ve never experienced an Urgent Care do that. I would call before going if you go after 6 just to make sure.
Great care! As an Rn myself I was impressed with the prompt follow up I needed an additional antibiotic and it was ready and waiting at the pharmacy before I could make a call Very comforting to know that is my community Thank you
I saw Dr Russo 2 weeks ago and she was very thorough and made sure i had the correct meds for my bronchitis. Today she was equally as thorough making sure my husband was treated with the utmost care. Thank you Dr. Russo for really caring and giving such excellent care!
