Called in advance to make sure my insurance was in-network. Checked in and provided my insurance information. Waited for over an hour, was told that my insurance does NOT cover me here. I also witnessed them be incredibly disrespectful to the sick folks in their waiting rooms. One gal didn’t hear her name called bcs her ears are plugged (hence why she was in urgent care) and they put her to the back of the list instead of just going into the waiting room and seeing if she was there!!! There not helping if u don’t have insurance
Went there at 5 pm was out 20 minutes later. Very clean and efficient. No wait really Rx sent to pharmacy by the time I stop on my way home It was ready. Will go back again if needed.
I would give 0 if could. Extremely rude reception office manager is not any better. There is no human kindness here.
