My rating is sadly based mostly on a physician I saw a few times on an emergency basis at the Soquel office in 2022-2023. I asked him to order blood tests to check my hormone levels because I was exhibiting all the symptoms of menopause but Dr. Brent Wentworth gave me the brush-off, claimed my treatment plan wouldn't change based on the results, and suggested I take psychiatric meds instead. This location has billed me for the same thing three times for a service that was from 3 years ago. I then I have to play telephone tag with billing companies just for them to tell me the same thing - that I already paid the bill. Not sure if this is for them to make more money or an error on their part. Either way watch out for being overcharged and repeated bills. They are extremely expensive and unhelpful and even three years later trying to take money. Go to sutter health they have better staff and are more reasonable wi... read more

I went for a new patient appointment. I had never been to this location before so I was 10 minutes late and thought that I would need to reschedule for another appointment. The staff were friendly, understanding, and I got to keep my appointment. My Dr was very polite and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. This has been the best healthcare experience I have had my entire life. Thank you! It made all the difference in the world in regards to going to dr appointments.

Receptionist was insanely rude. I calmly asked a question and when heard no reply while staring at her I said politely "hello?" and she replied "I'm on the phone". Dignity really needs to get their priorities straight if they want to open new locations. I came here because of proximity to my home and it being a new facility. Don't put receptionists in your clinics who are multitasking phone calls and sidelining a patients' basic need to communicate.
