I recently took my son to this clinic for care regarding his condition, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff showed little professionalism or compassion, and there was a noticeable lack of bedside manner from the providers. Instead of making us feel supported and cared for, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. Just spoke with Morgan one of the receptionist and I will just say great experience. It’s so nice when you call somewhere and you get the feeling that not only do they care but they also really want to help you find a solution to your problem. I haven’t always felt this way with prior experiences at dignity health but today Morgan was awesome and went above and beyond to help me. If you see this thank you for being so kind and helpful!!!
Supper great staff! Receptionists always greet you nice with a smile. Always talk nice to my kids. Dr’s are the best! They ALWAYS have same day appointments or next day. Never a week out. In n out visits no waiting game. Love love love !
Sub-par in almost every aspect of "care"
By far the worst urgent care I’ve ever experienced. Super impatient and uneducated, like saying I’m not contagious if I don’t have a fever. Prescribed me something random and irrelevant to my condition. Didn’t take my concerns seriously.
