The Front Office literally hangs up on patients that have been going there linger than they have been taking up space on our planet. Rude does not describe their phone etiquette! If I could give Negative stars I would. God Help you if you go here. I was actually delivered by the Doctor who use to be here. DO NOT GO HERE. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR AND PLACE YOU CAN COMMUNICATE WITH.
I love this place. My experience with other Dignity Health offices has been terrible- bad office staff, bad doctor advice, calls dropped and misplaced appointments. This office was the opposite. They answered my call right away, they got me into a new patient visit within a week, I was seen by the doctor within 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly even though there was only two of them, they were nice and accommodating. The doctor listened to me and was friendly and courteous- he even referred me to a physical therapist THAT ... read more
