Stay away from dignity health. I’m fighting a bill for over a year now for services not rendered. I was private pay at the time due to no insurance. When I arrived, got called back, they did not check vitals , they did not do a pelvic exam . They refused and stated it was not due (even though I was not using insurance and paying out of pocket to have the service provided). Therefore, services were not rendered! Been waiting well over an hour to see a provider. Was told to come in 15 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment. It is now 12:30 and no one has checked on me or let me know whats going on with my appointment. At this point I should have just gone to the ER.
This office is not only incompetent, their errors are dangerous. Don't take your baby here if you are pregnant. They nearly cost my wife and I our child. I have videos and we will be suing for mal practice.
