Showed up to an appointment and was told that no radiology tech was available. I and the entire group in of people waiting were told oops. Then they told me we can reschedule on the same day across town, maybe. Unprofessional and clearly not concerned about you.
Was 5 minutes late and they didn’t want to take me. Very bad service, that wasn’t outlined on the information nor the person I spoke to. Disappointed in you all for that .
I had a bad experience at the banner hospital, but radiology dignity health was the worst of all of them. The surgent ordered an MRI for my wife to be done at Dignity radiology and she said to call them next to make an appointment. I called the next week to make an appointment they told me that we sent it to the insurance for approval we will call you.
