When I call them, I get this annoying noise & no pickup, ANNOYING, I hate my original OB & I wanna switch but they're not making it any better
They don’t even care about their patients. My wife was treated like a number and they just rush patients out.
Staff overall does not communicate with the doctor to check what tests I need. Nor do they check notes before making important phone calls, ultrasounds, or appointments. I have an autoimmune disease which puts me at high-risk for multiple pregnancy complications. I also have a history of gestational diabetes. I have been told since my first appointment that I would see a high-risk doctor and have yet to see one. I didn't even get to see a doctor. It was an urgent appointment needing same day, hopefully we get to see a doctor somewhere else today.
