This ORGANIZATION is TOTALLY MESSED UP. (1) I couldn't get my ultrasound scheduled until months after my initial PCP appt.; it was cancelled, rescheduled for weeks later, and cancelled again! (2) The biz. office has failed to detail want they want a LOT of money for. They said I have to sign a release. Makes sense. They mailed me a release form for a customer satisfaction survey!!! They call, often hang up as soon as I answer, other times leave no msg. (3) It can take up to 2 hours to get through their switchboard. WTH.
