Very long wait time!!! The technicians are very chatty and loud!!! They could be more timely with less visiting and seeing patients!!
I usually love this place, the staff is efficient and it’s pleasant. Today, someone had some kind of overly rough borderline rap music on. Most the folks visiting here are elderly. Read the room, find something mellow. Thanks! UPDATE: Next time I was in, they were playing some low-key pleasant music. Thank you! ;)
Been waiting alone in waiting room for 40 minutes. I’ve seen 4 different techs walking around in and out of open rooms. There is only one other patient being addressed. This isn’t the first time this has happened. They see me and avoid eye contact. Please provide some training to your employees about prioritizing those of us waiting.
