I usually go to another dignity health lab but this location was convenient at the time my mistake I have never been to a lab so slow in my life it was more like they were practicing their social instead of doing their job as lab techs I will never go back
If you are paying out of pocket they only take exact cash or check. No credit cards!! I didn't know this, so unfortunately they're going to have to bill me separate and I will have to pay more. However, the employees at this location are super nice and we had a good conversation about how hopefully that would change soon! They spent time with everyone but got through the four people in front of me very quickly.
Julie did a great job on my lab. She is extremely professional, efficient, and kind in her work
Very long wait time!!! The technicians are very chatty and loud!!! They could be more timely with less visiting and seeing patients!!
I usually love this place, the staff is efficient and it’s pleasant. Today, someone had some kind of overly rough borderline rap music on. Most the folks visiting here are elderly. Read the room, find something mellow. Thanks! UPDATE: Next time I was in, they were playing some low-key pleasant music. Thank you! ;)
