Professional and knowledgeable and friendly. Shows me good management
The staff is rude & they make you wait for 30 minutes to finally get helped. I come in once a month for a simple procedure that takes less than 5 minutes and requires literally 1 minute for them to search my details up and write them on a cup. I’ve been to other facilities where I just tell them what I’m there for and they immediately search my details up and write them down and I am out in less than 5 minutes. Small waiting room, inefficient staff, waited 30 minutes just to be told it would be 40 more minutes. I was already at 14 hours on a fast. No thank you.
Lovlely overworked staff. The phone number listed is NEVER answered
Doctor, staff and nurse practitioner did not follow through on promised referral...I have called twice, and went into office, and as of today, I don't have a referral. SMH
