I was able to get an ultrasound scheduled within 5 days of my physican ordering it. They have ample slots to accommodate new patients, and you do not have to wait for long, unlike other locations nearby. The front desk does a fine job checking you in and working with you and your insurance and helps you get the best options. The wait time is less, and the procedure was not rushed at all. I got in and out within 30 minutes.

Very very very rude young woman at the desk when I attempted to schedule my appointment. Twice she told me rudely that she wasn’t able to help yet because they hadn’t received my order. Both times, I said “ok. Thanks.” The third time I called to check I asked if she could call me once she HAD received the order and she told me “no.” I said “ok” and disconnected. I have to let everyone know that their administration reached out to me to reassure me that they are working on the problems I encountered and apologized for my experience. I will give them another chance. I had a bone density screening which went smoothly; however, when returned for a neck X-ray it was a disaster. They kept me waiting for 2 hrs & I then discovered the intake person had failed to enter my information into the queue. My doctor had a terrible time getting them to send the results to her.
