Had a horrible experience here for an ultrasound, never want to go back and am so uncomfortable about the entire situation im uncertain on how to go about getting follow up scans because i dont want to even come back here for records to take to a new facility for comparison. The tech was the rudest most unprofessional and rough tech ive ever experienced and im now scared to even go have the follow up scans done anywhere.but im on the hunt for a new professional facility now!
I went in for my MRI and staff was really nice had a great experience. Please don't let other reviews discourage.
Terrible place to schedule a appointment. They never answer the phone.
My gripe is that nobody answers the phone for scheduling. When my doctor finished the approval process they did contact me. Appointment was scheduled but the workers seemed stressed with an urgency to get off the phone. If they put you on hold…wow, long waits. Calcium score is a quick test you pay cash for. I just don’t understand why contacting them is so difficult.
