Whoever answered the phone was very unprofessional, very rude & unhelpful. Lady put me on hold 3 time for a question that could’ve been answered and over within 3 minutes . Wouldn’t recommend unless you want a snappy front desk lady to half answer your questions & calls because they don’t want to actually do their jobs.
Damn crappy receptionist really hung up on me. The Doctors are good but the reception on the phone really just hung up on me.
Initial visit the Gentleman behind the desk made eye contact with me and walked right past me. Walked right by me as if he'd seen something he's seen 1000x and has no impact on him. He came back by a second time then decided to ask me if I need help. 1. No greeting, no hello 2. Do I need help? Why would I come into the building and to the 7th floor if I didn't need anything? Young lady comes back from what seems to be break/lunch and attempt to dismiss me by saying " have a seat someone will be with you" again no introductio... read more
I don't know if this clinic has had a bad past, but the people working there treated me very nicely with a referral and got me in sooner than expected. I am lucky and don't always expect this, but the staff was super kind, too. Looking forward to my next visit.
