I’ve been calling for 3 days! Being sent to some call center and not receiving a call back from my drs office. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Whoever answered the phone was very unprofessional, very rude & unhelpful. Lady put me on hold 3 time for a question that could’ve been answered and over within 3 minutes . Wouldn’t recommend unless you want a snappy front desk lady to half answer your questions & calls because they don’t want to actually do their jobs.
Damn crappy receptionist really hung up on me. The Doctors are good but the reception on the phone really just hung up on me.
