I was called early in the morning by this office stating that I have an appointment. I have never been to this office, not sure how they received my information. When I returned the call to investigate the strange appointment someone who stated their name was Carmen answered the phone. I immediately asked what the appointment was regarding and she stated that she doesn’t know her job is to just call. Don't come here I tried getting adult male preformer vaccines and they didn't have any for my job.
Edwin the front desk receptionist is extremely rude, I watched him completely tear down a super nice lady who was simply getting information for one of her elderly clients. All types of back handed rude questions “why didn’t you ask yesterday” sir do your job do not be bothered when being asked nicely. Not to mention as soon as the lady left Edwin and his coworker another front desk lady decided to badmouth the poor woman with other patients still in the lobby like myself. Very unprofessional
