I was called early in the morning by this office stating that I have an appointment. I have never been to this office, not sure how they received my information. When I returned the call to investigate the strange appointment someone who stated their name was Carmen answered the phone. I immediately asked what the appointment was regarding and she stated that she doesn’t know her job is to just call.
