RecommendedI was diagnosed August 2016 with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The doctors in Bellingham gave me 6 months to live. Here I am now in remission and only a tiny spot left on my pancreases. I always tell cancer patients to seek help at Virginia Mason. It’s worth it.

I contracted sepsis after complex spine surgery and almost died. The nursing care was very disappointing. Would never go back.

I will not go here again. I was having heart trouble and was told I had inergestiom and to not eat chili (hadn't had chili in a year). Went home then to work and ended up in Kingwood for a week. why? oh a mild heart attack. or maybe I was force fed chili ....
This hospital has done nothing to help my boyfriend except to say all of his issues are in his head. He has gone to other hospitals for help and when VM gets his records, the question whether or not they are real. Instead of helping him, they blame him. They don’t believe diagnoses from other hospitals who are more prominent than them (including places like the Mayo Clinic). I will never recommend VM to anyone. They don’t care about their patients.
