Twice is less than a year we’ve been here to the emergency room. Things couldn’t have been smoother or more professional. Hope I won’t need emergency treatment for a while, if I do, this is the place to go!

Rn Chris and Dr Shem Banda were both excellent! Listened to issues, handled with care and in timely matter appreciated them both taking care of my child

I came into Dignity Health for rib and chest pain, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hospital. Two of the nurses I dealt with were extremely rude and unprofessional. One was very rough while placing my IV and shoved the saline water in so fast that it made me nauseous and gave me a migraine plus made a sarcastic comment when I asked a simple question, and the other spoke to me in a condescending way and even made fun of me within earshot. On my last day of vacation I developed severe abdominal pain. After suffering for many hours I decided I needed to be seen somewhere. I’m 2,000 miles away from home, so no clue where to go. I chose the ER closest to my hotel: Arizona General-Tempe. I lucked out as there was only one other person in the waiting room(!). I was seen almost immediately.
