Be careful, my sister just was in the ICU at this facility and they were trying to pressure her daughter to make end of life decisions, after being transferred to a hospital in Chandler about 90 percent of what these so called doctors and nurses said was incorrect and couldn’t even be determined until after further testing but instead they wanted to write her off and have a 24 year old child pressured into make end of life care or decisions for her mother. Sick place.

I lowered my rating because you people sent me a bill for $2000 almost a year AFTER my procedure! Where was this bill and why are you just now sending it to me? This is the most irresponsible and poor business practice I’ve seen. How do you think this is even ethical to reconcile your account charges to bill me a year later without any reason for the delayed charges? Dr. Taylor and Dignity Health - General Hospital emergency have provided the absolute best care we could ask for. Twice in the last year we have taken Mom in and we were blessed to have Dr Taylor both times. Very professional, very kind, best bedside manner ever. Their admitance staff greeted her with a wheelchair and were kind and caring. Nurse Sam was very sweet while proving knowledgable care. Both times the diagnosis were spot on and the correct medicine was given. 100% recommend this hospital and this team.

I will never be at this hospital again. I felt the care want much, my uncle passed and the employees did not care. I understand they do this everyday but there was a huge lack of effort. It pissed me off and now I blame the death of my uncle on this hospital. Idc what you think you can and can’t do! You do what’s best for the patient and this hospital didn’t pass the bar unfortunately
