Justin Cooper (PA) called a patient who was a black woman a “dialudid guppy” and then proceeded to yell at her VERY aggressively while refusing her medical attention for no apparent reason. Another staff member then claimed she was lying when she told him she treats her sickle cell disease with benadryl and dilaudid and has been for 34 years. He then accused her of trying to use the drugs at the hospital “just to get high.” I highly suggest you look into this hospital’s staff and their treatment of patients.
Justin Cooper (PA) was extremely unprofessional and rude. He yelled at my family, who has sickle cell anemia and called her a diludad guppy. How is he even able to work in health care??
Reevaluate your staff. This behavior is absolutely vile and should not be tolerated. This won’t be forgotten.
