I had a great experience here today. Everyone was friendly, attentive and professional. We were seen in a timely manner. They opened an overflow area for less critical patients which decreased the wait time. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant. The doctor was very thorough make sure my daughter's issues are fully addressed before releasing her

My visit was on March 29, 2026, and as of July 24, 2026, I am still dealing with billing issues. I provided my insurance information before I was even seen, yet my insurance was not initially billed. That alone caused unnecessary delays and required me to spend my own time resolving a problem that should never have happened. Once the billing issue was addressed, I paid my balance in full on July 1, 2026 through the hospital’s online payment portal. Considering the name of the hospital is “DIGNITY” they don’t treat chronic pain patients with dignity! A nurse named Justin Cooper treated my friend with such dignity,respect or anything! She was having a pain spike crisis and he called her a Dilaudid junkie!! Real professional. They treat patients like junkies. There is no dignity there
