Worst place ever treated me like I was homeless looking 4 a place to stay
Excellent service, efficient, timely manner. Dr Hong was Excellent, knowledgeable, efficient. I was attended to from front to finish in approximately 3 and half hours. From my experience that is efficient for any emergency room . I am impressed at triage nurse ( Sarah ) also I was not finished signing in yet , and was called to triage nurse immediately!! Took a love one in on Saturday for an emergncy and two of the staff members had an attitude for no reason as if they hated their job, but not only that a male nurse with his hair tied up went to put an iv into my family member arm and puncture the side of her arm claiming there was a vein there then he proceeded to blame her skin for moving around to much as she screamed out in pain.... dude didn't even put the lights on in the room so he could see better and now today on Sunday her arm is swollen from where he puncture her.
Professional and friendly service. Kept us updated on everything going on. Was seen by PA Dave who was friendly. All the nurses were kind and I had no issues.
