I’m hoping a manager of the dignity health advantage imaging sees this so they can contact me. Be aware that even if you do everything in your power to schedule correctly with them, THEIR STAFF will absolutely SCHEDULE YOU WRONG. You will wait two months for a specialized MRI that you cannot get anywhere else in the area besides Sacramento just for them to call and tell you that THEIR receptionist scheduled you for the wrong room and sorry that she won’t be able to have your testing done. Doctor visit there was fine. The Medical records of this visit were not delivered to my primary, and it's been over a month. I was told to wait at least 3 more weeks. I called here then for my own medical records, and it took 3 calls to be told I had to be approved by them, another day and a half. Maybe this is because advanced imaging is now another company and this is transition pains? I went for imaging because of pain. The delay in medical records for this long is not ok. AVOID THIS PLACE. Drive to Sacramento if you have to. If I could give 10 negative stars I would. I paid a cash price out of pocket because they said they couldn't bill my insurance. Then they billed my insurance anyway. This resulted in a huge mess where this facility could never process my insurance EOB and they then wanted additional money from me. I could never get a resolution with them, after many conversations, so I just paid the additional to keep from going to collections. I ended up paying 250.00 more than I should ... read more
