I went in for an MRI and was treated very professionally by the entire staff. It beats driving to Chico once a month for 6 months.
This place has gone downhill since selling to Dignity. When my MRI referral was sent over in July I specifically asked for the authorization request to be sent to my insurance immediately for approval to reduce the risk of last minute issues. Dignity finally sent the authorization on August 31st and contacted me on 9/8 to let me know that my insurance was requesting additional imaging prior to approval.
